Why destroy this beautiful meadow next to a long established residential area with a 17 acre Truck Stop? There are better alternatives!

Here is a simulated view from Sugar Pine Road: Although it looks massive, the 90-foot high sign is actually to scale. It may be shorter than the previous 150-foot height, but lowering its sign area closer to the viewer will make it appear larger to them. The price sign is proposed at 11' x 41'-6", bigger than one of the truck trailers. Love's removing 145 trees will open up views of Mt. Shasta's peak from Sugar Pine Road. But with trash on the ground and trashy trucks parked in the foreground,
